1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ZITS Community platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this platform.

2. Description of Service

ZITS is a community micro-posting platform operated by Aditya Patange. The platform allows users to post short messages without requiring account registration. All posts are public and visible to all users.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or entity, including using a fake name or Instagram handle.
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Identity Verification

By providing your Instagram handle, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of that account. We reserve the right to verify your identity through your Instagram account.

Warning: If you try to impersonate someone, we will track your Instagram account and put you in jail for 100 years as decided by Aditya Patange's verdict. If you use a fake Instagram account, added punishment of third-degree T will be provided.

5. Data Collection

We collect various data points to ensure platform security and prevent abuse. This includes but is not limited to: IP addresses, browser fingerprints, device information, and usage patterns. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post. However, by posting on ZITS, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate. We may also ban users who repeatedly violate these terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aditya Patange shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
